Note: Per company guidelines, documentation of a failed authentication inspection must be furnished by a customer in order to receive a refund. Authentication inspections must be completed by a certified industry expert.

2. What is CL's return policy?

Due to the nature of the luxury resale business, no returns or exchanges are accepted, unless the item has been proven to be unauthentic.

3. What are the shipping and handling times?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. Signature is required for all deliveries. Shipping carrier of use may vary depending on the buyer's geographic location.

An item that is labeled as “Giftable” is defined as an unused item that includes all original retailer paperwork, packaging, and accessories.
